Danielle Wright, AR-CCBD #007, known as “The Root Attendant,” is an experienced doula, lactation educator, and founder of The Root Creation and Rooted Maternal Health.
Danielle brings the kind of professional calm that comes from doing the work. Her care is rooted in maternal health, birth justice, practical family support, and the belief that families deserve information, dignity, resources, and real connection during the perinatal season.
Her background includes lactation education and support, perinatal mental health, car seat education, CPR, experience serving within the carceral system, and the lived commitment of mothering three children while building community-centered maternal health work.
Danielle is also beginning ALPP Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) training with the Bright Blessings team in fall 2026.
Through The Root Creation and Rooted Maternal Health, Danielle carries a village-centered model of care into Bright Blessings: steady, resourceful, and grounded in respect for the families she serves.
